Reciprocal Pronouns.


Reciprocal Pronouns used in case of something done in return. They are ‘each other’ and ‘one another’.    

ü      ‘Each other’ generally refers to two persons or things.
   
Our houses face each other.

They gave each other birthday presents.     

ü      However, often ‘each other’ is used in reference to more than two subjects.

We should help each other gladly.

The soldiers were pelting each other (or one another) with snowballs.   

ü      ‘One another’ directly refers to more than two persons or things.
   
Kittens love to chase one another.
 
It is ridiculous to hear people blaming one another.
