A Personal Pronoun ...
A Personal Pronoun must agree in Gender, Number and Person with the Noun for which it is used.
E.g.:
# Pawani is a kind girl; she is always ready to help the poor.
You cannot say : Pawani is a kind girl; HE is / HE ARE always ready to help the poor.
OR
Pavani ARE a kind girl; ...
OR
Pawani is a kind GIRLS; ...
OR
Pawani is a kind BOY; ... etc. Ever.
# Most of our students are well-built young men; they are very keen to outdoor games.
# This kind of rubber is no good; it goes hard very soon.
